I lost my star shards

So, on 8th July 2026, I had around 20k shards and I am 1000% sure about it. I live alone in my house, so no one can access my fc mobile account. Yesterday I had around 20k star shards, i was thinking to buy a new player from star signings section. Today, i logged in and i noticed that I only have 5.5k star shards. I don't know what has happened with those shards, i earned with sheer grind. I am not getting proper help from the ea support staff. Please help me with this, I don't want my hardwork to be lost by a glitch
