Inbox and Friends are locked
Has anyone who faced the bug where the inbox and friends are locked managed to fix it? I've been dealing with this issue for months and haven't found a solution. I've changed my name twice using the rename card, contacted support multiple times, but no one knows how to fix it.
This bug is extremely frustrating because it prevents extra time, redeeming codes, and claiming rewards sent to the inbox. The last time I contacted support, they told me they couldn't fix it because it's a development issue in the game, and the only solution would be to start a new account.
If anyone has managed to solve this problem and can share the solution, it would be greatly appreciated, as I've seen several posts online about this bug, and no one has found a definitive answer.Please help me.
