Internet is strong but i’m having 999 ping

Question

i have a strong internet connection.but i’m unable to play h2h matches, because the ping randomly fluctuates between 200-999ms. in the DR lobby too the ping fluctuates.but in vsa matches the ping averages 58msthe three pictures below. show my ping in h2h matches, ping in the lobby and ping in vsa matches&nbsp;
