Issue with webstore

Hi I’m still having issues with my webstore region saying it’s not available in my country I have spoke to many people FC mobile support team EA Forums, EA support chat and still nothing. I just want my web store to work so I can purchased packs I have sent my UID and was told I can get it changed manually when I contact customer support and when I do they turn off the chat and end the convo. I am from the UK and set my account up here and my region is set up in Namibia? Can I get this changed? I was also told to make another account which I refused.

    I have been playing for over a year, I have only been able to buy within the game (very little amount) and not the website, I really don’t wanna start again they are currently reviewing to confirm if they can change it manually just waiting a response if not then I really have no other choice to start again. Im just not prepared to lose all my stuff as the new FC mobile 26 is out next week

    To be honest, If you have not been playing the game for very long, and have not spent anything on your team because you have no store available, then you are probably best to just start a new account, and this time make sure you are not on a vpn when you set it up so that it accurately picks your regional app/play store.
