It's showing banned for hours
Hello EA Support Team,
My FC Mobile account has been suspended, and the message I receive says “Your account has been banned for hours.” However, no specific duration (hours or days) is mentioned, and I am currently unable to log in to my account.
I am confused about whether this is a temporary suspension or a permanent ban. When I checked my penalty history, there are no previous violations or warnings shown on my account.
I have been playing FC Mobile for a long time and have always tried to follow EA’s rules and fair-play policies. I have not engaged in cheating, harassment, abusive behavior, or any violation of the Terms of Service.
I kindly request the EA technical team to please review my account manually and clarify the exact reason for this suspension. If this is a mistake, I sincerely request you to remove the suspension and restore my account access.
This situation is very frustrating, especially without any prior warning or clear explanation. I would really appreciate your help and support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

I'm sorry, I'm not sure why your account might be banned or for how long. Our Terms of Service team could take a look into this for you though. To reach them you'll need to send in a ban appeal using the steps below:
If you’re a mobile player, can’t sign in to your EA Account, or don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.
- Open the webform.
- Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
- Select Submit.
- Then select Email us.
Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
