I've seen two identical cases in a Facebook group

Dear EA Terms of Service Team,

I am writing to formally appeal the suspension of my EA account associated with EA SPORTS FC. My account has been suspended without a clear explanation of the specific violation that allegedly led to this action.

I take EA's User Agreement and gameplay rules seriously. However, I have not been provided with sufficient information to understand the reason for this suspension or to determine what activity may have triggered it. I believe this matter deserves a fair, thorough, and objective review.

I respectfully request that your team conduct a manual investigation of my account, rather than relying solely on an automated decision or detection system. Please review the relevant account activity, available evidence, and the circumstances surrounding the suspension.

Specifically, I request the following:

A clear and specific explanation of the alleged violation, including the relevant rule or provision of the EA User Agreement or Positive Play Charter.

A thorough manual review of the evidence and account activity that led to the suspension, including verification that no technical error, false positive, or mistaken identification occurred.

Reinstatement of my account if the investigation determines that the suspension was issued incorrectly or that the available evidence does not support the enforcement action.

I understand that EA must enforce its rules to maintain a fair gaming environment. At the same time, I believe every enforcement decision should be supported by accurate evidence and should allow users a reasonable opportunity to understand and challenge the decision.

I am not asking for special treatment or an exemption from EA's rules. I am simply requesting a fair and transparent assessment of my case. If a violation has genuinely occurred, I would appreciate a specific explanation so that I can understand the issue. If the suspension was made in error, I ask that the restriction be removed and my account access restored.

Please escalate this appeal to the appropriate team for a detailed manual review and provide a written response explaining the outcome of the investigation.
