I have tried all these methods, but the issue hasn't been resolved. I even lodged a complaint, and they said they are investigating the matter. But till now same problem

Hi there, thanks for joining our forums. For the Resource Download Error, please try these steps first:
- Fully close FC Mobile, then relaunch it.
- Switch networks and test again — for example, try Wi-Fi instead of mobile data, or even a different ISP
- Make sure your FC Mobile progress is linked to an account before reinstalling.
- Clear the app cache, then restart your device.
- Check that your device time, date, and region settings are correct.
- Make sure you have enough free storage available.
- Reinstall the game if your account is linked and the issue continues.
- Try lowering graphics settings and then test it again
