League error

I have a league join error i accidentally went in and out of a league now I can't join a league anymore it shows error check for a stable internet my internet is stable   
crashing

Hey there. If you’ve changed leagues too many times in a short period, you’ll need to give it some time. Try again after at least 24 hours.
