League joining issue

I have not been able to join any league in FC Mobile for 8 months. The issue is NOT fixed even though EA marked it as resolved. I provided device details, OS version, and followed all troubleshooting steps. Every time they gone tell me to uninstall and reinstall , but I did it 4-5 times issue not fixed and after uninstalling all my ea help chat automatically deleted so I have to explain provide info all over again and again Still, I get blocked every time 1 try to join a league. This is ruining the game experience. Please escalate this immediately to the technical team and provide a real solution instead of closing the report.
