League season rewards

I was kicked out of my first league to prevent me from receiving the end-of-season rewards distributed to all players. I entered a new league a few days ago, they were at level 53 and I collected the rewards automatically. I can't get level 56 rewards right now, it shows up to level 53, I request your help.
