The displayed bonus pool is for leagues with 100 members, so the amount of bonus is depend on your current members league

Yeah that's right mate. Also suggest you to go through EA leagues deep dive to know what to grind on as playing same things might not earn you good points as there is a limit on things and try recruiting new members to increase chance of better rewards (hopefully they add activity points by playing themselves). Gems are not pro-rated but season points are.
