How to claim league tokens, and when is the right time to claim them? I haven’t received any league rewards at all.

Can you elaborate a bit? There are quests your league completes and you claim those tokens right away. There is season reward that you get based on your position in league (activity pojnts), the level your league reached and number of members in league
