Live OVR players Missing, ea promised they wouldn't leave yet

The live ovr players from leg 1 of the ucl are missing, ea told me they would reset ovr Thursday, and the game also said the offer resets in days to come. After contacting ea they said they cant compensate me, so I came here, I have proof of the conversation documented, I would like compensation.
