Since the match itself continues but the loading overlay stays active and UI controls stop responding, this could be related to a temporary sync or loading issue during the H2H session. Please try these steps and let me know if that helps resolve the problem:
- Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test if the issue is connection-specific
- Fully restart the device before launching FC Mobile again
- Force close all background apps before starting the game
- Lower graphics settings in-game temporarily
- Make sure the device OS and FC Mobile app are fully updated
- Disable VPN, Private DNS, or ad-blocking apps if enabled
- Try a full reinstall of FC Mobile after linking the account to avoid data loss
- If available, test on another device using the same account to help determine whether this is a device-related or account related error
