Logging issues
Hello EA Support,
I am unable to access my FC Mobile account.
For the past 1.5 days, my game has been stuck on the "Choose Account" screen. The FC Mobile logo keeps spinning indefinitely and never loads into the game.
I have already tried:
- Clearing cache
- Restarting my device
- Reinstalling the game
- Using different internet connections
- Trying to log in on another phone
The same issue occurs on every device, so it appears to be an account-related problem rather than a device or network issue.
My main account is the EA Account with approximately 119OVR. The game detects both my EA Account and a Google Play account, but selecting either option causes the loading icon to spin forever.
Please investigate my account and help restore access.
