Login error

Hi, I’m getting a login failed error (0x00000001) on FC Mobile. I’ve reinstalled, cleared cache/data, used mobile data and Wi-Fi, and still can’t log in or even see the Guest option. Please help or escalate this — seems many people are facing it.
