Login Failed + Account Link Issue — EA ID doesn’t match birth date

Hello EA Community,

I'm having trouble logging into my FC Mobile account. I originally created my EA account using Google login, and recently added a password to it through the EA website. However, when I try to log in via the EA option in-game, I get the following error:

**“We can’t link your account because your EA Account’s date of birth doesn’t match the date of birth on your mobile account.”**

This is strange because I’ve only used one account, and the date of birth should match — I never created any second account or used incorrect information.

I’ve already disabled 2FA and tried logging in with both Google and the EA email/password. Nothing seems to work.

Can someone from EA support or any experienced member help me recover access to my main team?
