Lost access to main account (ipan) - Need unlink/relink help

​Hello EA Community Manager / Staff,

​I need help recovering access to my main EA SPORTS FC Mobile account (In-Game Name: ipan).

​My email got unlinked/overwritten by a comeback account session. The account ipan is NOT deleted as it is still active and visible on my friend's in-game list.

​I have full ownership proof including Google Play order history (GPA receipt IDs).

​Could you please escalate this issue to the account specialist team to unlink the current session and relink my email to my ipan account? Thank you!

    Hey Malasmain2​,

    If you have the User ID (not the username, the article I just linked shows what User ID's look like) of your old account, our live support team should be able to take a look at how they can help you recover your progress if you reach out via the in-game help option.

    ​Hi EA_QueenBee, unfortunately I don't have/save the User ID of my old 'ipan' account.

    ​However, I have multiple Google Play Order Receipt IDs (GPA numbers) from past in-game purchases on that 'ipan' account, along with the email address used for those purchases.

    ​Is it possible for the support team to look up and trace my old User ID using my GPA order numbers/receipts? Thank you

    EA_QueenBee, untuk melengkapi laporan saya, berikut adalah data lengkap akun utama saya yang terlepas (unlinked) beserta nomor ID Transaksi Google Play (GPA) resmi sebagai bukti kepemilikan:

     

    1. Data Akun Utama (Hilang):

    - In-Game Name (IGN): ipan

    - Level Akun: 71

    - OVR / Formasi: 122 / 4-1-2-1-2 Padat

    - Liga: Bunker (Level Liga 63)

     

    2. Bukti Transaksi Resmi Google Play (GPA):

    - GPA.3355-8173-8833-66028 (Tawaran Poin FC 6 – 18 Des 2025)

    - GPA.3363-2104-3042-89478 (Tawaran FC 3 – 11 Mei 2025)

     

    3. Bukti Tambahan:

    Akun yang saat ini salah tertaut (nama: COMBACK) masih memiliki banner promo "TOP-UP PERTAMA" yang utuh di dalam game. Ini membuktikan bahwa akun COMBACK belum pernah melakukan transaksi sama sekali, sehingga 2 transaksi GPA di atas murni milik akun utama "ipan".

     

    Mohon bantuannya untuk melepaskan tautan email dari akun COMBACK dan menautkannya kembali ke akun utama "ipan" berdasarkan data GPA di atas. Saya siap melampirkan screenshot buktinya jika dibutuhkan. Terima kasih!
