Urgent Suspected Hacker Causing Persistent Game Breaking Issues in FC Mobile
Hello EA Support Team, I am reporting a serious issue affecting my EA SPORTS FC Mobile account. I played one Head to Head match against a player I strongly suspect was using a hacking or exploit tool. During that match, my players froze, collided into each other uncontrollably, and the ball teleported erratically to the opponent’s control, while my ping spiked abnormally despite a completely stable internet connection. Since that single match, every match I have played has the exact same issues, including player freezing, uncontrollable collisions, erratic ball movement, and abnormal ping, regardless of who I am playing against. This is clearly not a coincidence or a device issue. It began immediately after facing that player and has not stopped since. I have already ruled out all local causes. I restarted my iPhone multiple times, fully uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data. None of this helped. This strongly indicates that my account or match session has been affected by the hacker’s exploit on your servers, and it is actively affecting my competitive gameplay. I request an urgent investigation into this matter and a fix to my account or session so I can play normally again.
