"Lost Account Due to Overwriting Issue"

Question

Hello,&nbsp;&nbsp;I accidentally overwrote my EA account, and now I’ve lost all my progress, including my Messi 105 card. I didn’t intend to overwrite anything; I just clicked "X" because I wanted to return to my main account.&nbsp;&nbsp;Is there any way to recover my account through server backups or activity logs? This account is very important to me, as I’ve invested a lot of time and effort into it.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please let me know if there’s any solution available.&nbsp;&nbsp;Thank you.

@bhnete598s7e Hi mate — it’s always dangerous to have two accounts on the one device, which is why EA recommends against it.

If you have the user id and details from the previous account then give them to customer service and see if they can restore it … however if you have managed yo both overwrite the account on your device and relink it to your overarching EA account (be it by Facebook or whatever) then chances are you are out of luck
