Lost guest progress after reinstalling the game
Hello,
My son was having issues getting his app to play kept saying something like can't connect to server. I closed the app and rebooted but the same issue. I have now deleted and re installed the app but his account isn't there. He's been playing it obsessively for over a year and is devastated that he's lost everything. We have also been spending money on points recently. I think he was only logged in on a guest account. Is there anything we can do? Can the guest account be found via the payment receipt we have for points that we've brought? Or something like that?

The progress for guest accounts is saved locally and might be lost permanently if something happens to your device or the app. Sorry.
If you have a record of the guest account's user ID, you could try contacting our Customer Support team from within the game and ask if anything can be done to recover the progress and purchases.
Please follow the steps in this guide to get help from an Advisor directly within the game. You'll need to set up a new account and play through the tutorial, I believe, to unlock the settings menu and follow the guide.
