Major Gameplay in FC Mobile

I am writing to express serious concerns regarding the current state of gameplay in EA SPORTS FC Mobile. The issues outlined below have persisted for a long time and are now significantly affecting not only my experience, but also the trust and satisfaction of a large portion of the player community.
First and foremost, the problem of in-game lag and stuttering during matches remains unresolved. This is not a minor inconvenience, but a critical flaw that directly impacts gameplay performance, responsiveness, and fairness. In competitive environments, even a slight delay can determine the outcome of a match. The fact that this issue continues to exist despite multiple updates raises serious questions about optimization and quality control.
Secondly, the lack of effective action against cheaters and exploiters is deeply concerning. Many players have taken the time to report suspicious accounts through the official system, yet there has been little to no visible enforcement. This creates the impression that reports are either ignored or not prioritized. When unfair players face no consequences, it undermines the integrity of the entire game.
Another major concern is the clear imbalance between monetization and gameplay improvement. New paid content, packages, and promotions are consistently introduced, yet core gameplay issues remain unaddressed. Players are not asking for perfection, but for visible effort, transparency, and accountability. When the same issues are repeatedly reported without resolution, it sends a clear message that gameplay concerns are not being treated with the urgency they deserve.
