Missing Account Progress
When I tried to install and open the game on my new device today, I asked to log in with my EA account, but it gave me two options and the options were confusing. The account I made so many purchases from is not visible now and I cannot log in. Can you help me?

Have you previously saved your game progress using your EA account or another option like Facebook? Please check your game settings. You can search for any different progress tied to the other services available, like Facebook.
If you have not saved your account online, or your progress doesn't reappear after relinking in the settings menu, please follow this guide to contact the customer support team from within the game.
Unfortunately, we can't help you recover your lost progress here on EA Forums. Our Advisors will need to have a closer look at the account, and will do their best to help you.
