Re: Account Locked – Error Code: 0x00102710

I do have a picture of my game got banned error code0x00102710 it said I got banned for an hour but today is day 2 of getting banned 

After I look over in help.ea.com it show that I have no penalty ban recently. Please watch my game history again maybe it was a bug in game I try clear cache and re- download 

Please take a look at this and help me fix my account that I spent money on Thanks you.
