My FC Mobile account has been suspended for no reason. I keep seeing the message "Your account has been suspended for hours." No specific time or date is given. I can't log in because of the suspension. I don't understand if it's a permanent ban or just a temporary suspension. EA Support, please review my account; there are no recorded penalties. I need to know how I can have my account suspended. It's completely unacceptable for EA to suspend long-time FC Mobile users without warning, especially since I haven't engaged in any violence or harassment against any other user for a long time. Please help me get my account back.
