My existing account disappeared when I tried to open it from another device.

I opened an account about a month ago, spent hours buying things with real money, and reached 114 OVR. Yesterday, I lost my account due to a mistake I made. The AI support I contacted in-game said they couldn't help me with the accounts listed. Please give me some advice on how to regain access to my account. I linked my EA account, and now when I log in, I see an account with 70 OVR. Save me from this hell. My original account is 114 OVR, with the Anniversary Premium icon, and my home team is Fenerbahçe. My username is FaLaLaOf. I need your help.

Have you ever linked your in-game account to Gmail, Facebook, or your EA account before trying to recover it? Or you linked it after? That’s probably going to be the key here.

When I first created my account, I linked it to my EA account.
