Never received what I purchased

I purchased the pass on FC Mobile and never received it, I then went to help get some support and it’s been multiple hours and no one has helped me with the issue. This is poor customer service and I better not be getting scammed. I’ve had issues before with this game with them not giving me my rewards. Please help me.
