Sometimes, the emails with your verification codes can end up in your spam/junk folder. Please take a look there and make sure to check if the EA email address is not blocked.
If the email isn't in your spam folder and the EA email is not blocked, try to use your backup codes in place of the verification code for now to reset the login verification settings.
For context, when you set up login verification for the first time, the backup codes are displayed on the screen, and these codes are there to help you if you can't access your email or receive the verification codes for some reason. You would have ideally written them down as directed at the time some place safe.
