Not getting gems from challenge mode

Hi EA I was playing the challenge mode unltimate to get some gems so I could enjoy the TOTS event but for some reason I am not getting the gems no matter how many times I refresh I am getting nothing even though I have played the games please fix this and give me a compensation reward
