From time to time, you may run into an issue connecting your FC Mobile game to an EA account (or another account). First, try the following steps to see if we can resolve the issue you are running into.
- Clearing your apps cache and relaunching your game
- Switching the network you're using (Try going from cell data to Wifi, or vice versa)
- Check if you are using an underage age
- Confirm if your game is already linked to an EA account
