Outdated game

I was looking at my live ovr and realised it was outdated. On google, I searched the current attackers which were Yamal and Kane and I had rahimi and Iglesias. Now I cannot finish the worlds club chapter because this exchange is required for me to finish the quests and receive the final banner reward. Is it possible for me to have the Iran banner sent to my account or is there a solution?
