Please help, son made a rookie mistake and used a guest account on his mobile for his FC. Now his phone has crashed and for some reason he is doubting whether he used a guest account or another linked account. Any way we can find this information to restore his 115 ovr team.

Community ManagerSorry to hear about the phone crash. If his team was linked before, he’ll need to log in with the exact same account/profile (Google Play/Game Center/Facebook/EA, etc.). Once he does, the correct progress should sync and show up.
If it was a Guest account and was never linked, then unfortunately, if the phone data is gone, there’s no way to recover that progress.
