player sold with maybe more than have less of its price

ok so please ea sports i got Cristiano Ronaldo flashback 117 tradable OK i sold him with 8 billion coins after a lot of drafts then when i sold him with the highest price it literally just gave me 6 ...

There is a 10% sales tax. Didn't that affect the final price?

    yeah but not when i sell a player with nearly 9 billion and it just give 6 billion

      You could raise a ticket with helpdesk via the in-game menu, asking to check the logs, forums don't have access to that data.
