@Ivan1996 Hi, I spoke with the team - they have not seen any other similar issues so have suggested:
1. Force close app and restart device
2. If that doesn’t work, try a different network connection.
3. If that doesn’t work, try a different device if you can (if you use a different device to link, it will show on your account on the other device as well)
