The problem is not with the device because I have been playing on it for a long time. It is possible that the problem is with the account. If the problem is with the account, what should I do?

- mendozzamagic4 months agoHero+@vi346h9s8u6q Have you tried it on another device so that you can go back to customer service and confirm that it is an account issue?
It possibly is account based, it is possibly device based … at this point nobody knows, so the only way to find out is to troubleshoot … only you can troubleshoot your device.
And if I have learned anything about mobile devices over the years, it’s that they work fine until they don’t, and picking when they stop working fine is anybody’s guess.
Nothing has changed with the game, nothing has changed with device compatibility, this is not something that is being reported widely … most Android gameplay issues are to do with the device game cache, if you are regularly clearing that before play then it is either the device itself or the account has an issue.
The easiest way to find that out is to load the game onto another device and give it a go.
If it works - it’s a device issue - if it doesn’t then you remove that account, create another account on that device and see if the same thing happens - if it doesn’t, you contact customer service and tell them it is an account issue, if it does happen on the new account, then changes are it’s a network or connection issue.
You are going to have to do the troubleshooting work though, because the boys and girls in EA customer service are not able to check those sorts of things for you.
