Unable to Log Into the Correct EA Account on FC Mobile Redemption Website
Hello everyone,
I'm experiencing an issue with the FC Mobile Redemption website.
I have multiple Gmail accounts, and each is supposed to be linked to a different EA account. One of my EA accounts is my main FC Mobile account (apexy1), while another is linked to a different FC Mobile account (proxgamer1).
The problem is that whenever I try to sign in to the FC Mobile Redemption website, regardless of which Gmail account I use, I am always logged into the EA account "proxgamer1." Because of this, I cannot access my main account (apexy1) to redeem FC Mobile reward codes.
I have already tried:
- Signing in with different Gmail accounts.
- Signing out and signing back in.
- Using different browsers and Incognito mode.
- Clearing cookies and cache.
The issue still persists, and I cannot redeem codes for my main account.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to choose which EA account the redemption website logs into, or is there a way to unlink/relink the correct Google account?

Hi and welcome to our forums. As this appears to be an account-specific issue, I recommend contacting the in-game Customer Service team so they can review your account details and investigate further.
To do this, open FC Mobile and go to Settings - Customer Service, then submit a support ticket with the details you've shared here, including the EA account you're trying to access and the one you're being logged into on the redemption website. The team will be able to check your account and advise on the next steps.
