PvP matchmakeing

Can some1 please balance the matchmakeing in thewhole PvP section,i mean if any workers of EA see this,check my FcTallinn stats on pvp plays,you can see i get matched with players,who are waaaaay above my head...this realy takes down any motivation if i allready know im gonna loose,no matter how hard i try to improve my game and team.
