Questions Regarding EA Account and FC Mobile Access from Japan

I am a student and an FC Mobile player originally from Indonesia. Recently, I moved to Japan to attend university. After arriving here, I found out that FC Mobile is not officially available in Japan.

I would appreciate your help in clarifying a few points:

1. If I create a new EA account using a Japanese internet connection while in Japan, will I still be able to purchase FC Mobile packs through the EA Web Store?

2. During EA account creation, there is a field where we select the country/region. If I select “Indonesia” there, will my account be treated the same as if it were created while I was in Indonesia, and will I be able to make purchases through the Indonesian Web Store?

3. While I was in Indonesia, I had access to the EA Web Store and was able to purchase packs. However, from Japan, I cannot seem to access the store. Is this because access from Japanese IP addresses is restricted?
