I just placed an order on the market and had the same problem. I can’t cancel the order and claim my coins back. I don’t know what to do. If the problem gets fixed will I get my coins back or will it disappear?

Hello, even though you claim to have fixed the issue, I am still facing the same problem of not being able to claim my coins when i try to cancel my purchase order, and I have not received my player that I tried to buy as well. Please look into the issue and fix it. Thanks
Hi I've recently put in a transfer offer for 3 players which I no longer want and have never 'claimed player' however there is no X for me to cancel the transaction

I am still suffering from this issue. I was trying to sell 97 overall McManaman RM from euros icons, I was trying to change the price but now I cannot even take it off the market.
september 10th 2024, I was trying to buy dumfries blue ranked with 92,1 million, the moment I lower the buying price to 91 mil. previous 92,1 mil successfully bought dumfries and when i click claim player, the game crashed and now my order is stuck in the order section, my price is not even shown on the buying chart and i have no way to claim the player or retrive my coins, EA please help me with this

Hi, I got a player, ranked him up 3 times and I sold him but now I can’t claim my coins and I think the person that bought it has got the player but I am not able to get my player. Plzzzz help I need the coins really badly.
