    I just placed an order on the market and had the same problem. I can’t cancel the order and claim my coins back. I don’t know what to do. If the problem gets fixed will I get my coins back or will it disappear?

    Hello, even though you claim to have fixed the issue, I am still facing the same problem of not being able to claim my coins when i try to cancel my purchase order, and I have not received my player that I tried to buy as well. Please look into the issue and fix it. Thanks

    Hi I've recently put in a transfer offer for 3 players which I no longer want and have never 'claimed player' however there is no X for me to cancel the transaction

        @Gongtmp If you are using Android device then force close the app, clear your game cache restart the device and restart the app.

        If on Apple, then force close the app, restart the device and then open the app again.

    I lost my OVR 100 Openda trying to sell him at 84 million, then it said claim coins, then there was an error message, my coins were gone and he can't be spelled or the price won't change please help

    september 10th 2024, I was trying to buy dumfries blue ranked with 92,1 million, the moment I lower the buying price to 91 mil. previous 92,1 mil successfully bought dumfries and when i click claim player, the game crashed and now my order is stuck in the order section, my price is not even shown on the buying chart and i have no way to claim the player or retrive my coins, EA please help me with this

      @Tchaikovskyyyy If you are on Android then force close FC mobile, clear your device cache and restart your device … if iOS skip the clear cache part.

      If that doesn’t work then contact customer service via the in game settings menu and explain your issue - they should be able to sort it out for you.
