okay I understand but why do I lose the player that I use to try to rank up the player. It went missing all of them!
- @Moe609413 because you lose the player whether it succeeds or not ... if you didn't lose the players you would just keep trying over and over again with one player until you got lucky.
- @mendozzamagic This is a nonsense system and no one knows how it even works. I just lost more than 15m in coins. Complete garbage and waste of money !!!!!
The system should say that you need more cards and not simply remove your card as people are losing millions for no reason. There are no clear instructions on any of this
I am so * frustrated right now. I have been losing 9 universal rank up players and just now I lost $20mil 91 Saka after failing rank up 93 saka.
Contacted customer support via chat every time this * happened, they won't do a * about this issue. I have screen captures of this failure messages. I literally play every single day to get upgrade my players ans my hard earned resources are gone now. I am afraid rank up my players now! Does any one face this and got any responses from EA to fix and the players back??
- @zzangseenam So, there is an indicator that tells you the percentage chance that your rank up will work - if it is showing less than 100% then there is a chance that it will fail.
Even with 9 out the 10 required cards there is a 10% chance that the rank up will fail.
With the meter at 100% it will never fail.
