I've already tried everything, nothing helps. The store is still not working, indicating the same error.

- I contacted many times, they didn't say anything specific, they said to wait, allegedly they do it. I've been waiting for the fourth month, nothing changes.

- Sanyosa2 years agoSeasoned Ace@sokoand Well, if you post something on players forum you want players to share what they know. EA is not here, as you can see. But, if you are persistant and patient enogh, maybe someone from EA will reply to you.
Good luck and all the best in getting help and solution 😉 - @sokoand It is a known issue - there is a pinned thread about it - it has something to do with communication between your App Store and FM which impacts some accounts.

I also have the same problem, it says the transaction not successful and that to log in to application store, but I am logged in to google play store.
