I have linked my ea account to my fc mobile account but when i tried to redeem something in redeem website it says this account is not linked with ea please help me and when i go to manage my ea account it says no other game identities

I linked my EA account in my mobile app but it's showing error as account not linked, when I am trying to redeem the code.

Do you know now the solution or no cause I have the same problem and still can’t find a solution for it
