Fix didn't help, the error is the same. Reinstalled completely, nothing helped. Fix us please, there is no time, Totti is coming soon
Ok. I have found the definitive solution or at least it worked for me.
Follow these steps.
-Turn off the wifi and data connection on your mobile phone.
-Unplug the router that provides your home internet.
-Wait 10 minutes.
-Reboot the mobile (on iPhone this is done by quickly pressing the volume up key, the volume down key and then you have to hold down the power button until the iPhone turns off and the Apple logo appears again, then you can release the power button).
-Once the mobile is turned on, connect the router at home, when it gives signal, turn on the mobile's wifi and connect to the wifi at home.
Start the game.
The error will have disappeared
TOTY'S about to start and I still can't play, gotta love EA.
Already toty event, missing some rewards in previous event, already spent a lot of money to this game, and we are treated by ea like this.. thank you
@ChillingBush Dont know what we have done wrong. Everybody is Playing except us.
@EA_Vendcera What is your solution? Toty event is live and still we can’t play, we don’t need this league if still have bug like this.. what we’ve done until we can’t access our account?
