it's infuriating that I haven't been able to access my 110-ovr account for 8 days, which also includes thunderpass, and I spend 300-400 dollars on it every month.

Ok. I have found the definitive solution or at least it worked for me.
Follow these steps.
-Turn off the wifi and data connection on your mobile phone.
-Unplug the router that provides your home internet.
-Wait 10 minutes.
-Reboot the mobile (on iPhone this is done by quickly pressing the volume up key, the volume down key and then you have to hold down the power button until the iPhone turns off and the Apple logo appears again, then you can release the power button).
-Once the mobile is turned on, connect the router at home, when it gives signal, turn on the mobile's wifi and connect to the wifi at home.
Start the game.
The error will have disappeared
