Redeem reward missing

From the live stream I got to know new redeem code which is pitchbeatslastdance and I have a redeem it around 6 AM IST and while I opened the app wasn't able to login due to maintenance post that was resolved when I logged in I haven't recieved my redeem reward in my inbox. Kindly help me with this.
