Redemption code error
Whenever I tried to use redeem code today "FCMOBILENGABUBURIT" it shows only applicable to one player .. why showing like that? Pls help I tried it several times but not successful

The code can only be redeemed once per account. It may already be redeemed if it's giving this error message.
