Redemption code error
Whenever I tried to use redeem code today
"FCMOBILENGABUBURIT" it shows only applicable to one player .. why showing like that? Pls help
I tried it several times but not successful

Hi Gauravjyoti,
The code can only be redeemed once per account. It may already be redeemed if it's giving this error message.
Can you see the gems in your account?
