Reedem code rewards

L cant claim reedem code rewards after puting the code correctly.This issue started during last year team of the season.

Hey h1yz6z254uxp. Just to confirm, does this happen with any promo code you try to redeem? What exact error message appears on the screen? If possible, could you also share a screenshot?
