Resource Download Error 0x000003E8 on Vivo X300

Hello EA Support,

I am unable to access FC Mobile because I repeatedly receive “RESOURCE DOWNLOAD ERROR [0x000003E8]”.

Device: Vivo X300

OS: Android 16

FC Mobile Version: 28.0.01

Region: India

I have already tried Wi-Fi and mobile data, restarting the phone, clearing the game cache, and reinstalling the game. I also have 14.61 GB of free storage.

The same error appears every time the game tries to download resources. FC Mobile works normally on another phone, but it does not work on my Vivo X300.

Please check if this is an Android 16 / Vivo X300 compatibility or resource-download issue and provide a fix or workaround.
